The Frist Step

Greg Richendollar and Jay Renfrow own All Pro Entertainment. One (or both) will meet you well in advance of your event to discuss the details. This is when we go over song selection and discuss how much sound and lighting is appropriate for your event. Over the days leading up to your event we will discuss any final details. Open and consistent communication helps to make sure that you get exactly what you want.

The Day of Your Event

Our team will arrive 2 to 3 hours before your event to setup. Equipment is tested and double checked to make sure everything works perfectly. Your song selection is reviewed and staged so it is ready to be played at a moments notice. We never charge for setup.

Most event has a two-person team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Generally, both Greg and Jay are available but, without a doubt, at least one of them will be there. Greg, Jay and the All Pro Entertainment staff are super easy to work with. They can help you organize and make your announcements and introductions.

Greg, Jay and their team members are professionally dressed in suits or tuxedos for your occasion. If you have a less formal event, just let them know so they do not overdress. They want to complement your event, not clash with it.

Greg and Jay have 15 years of professional experience. We put that experience to work for you to make sure your guest have a wonderful time and you have a stress-free event. We can even work with your wedding or event planner and other service providers in the organization of your special day.

Basicaly we serve the Greater Louisville, Kentuckiana, and Southern Indiana area. However, we take our cue from Bing Crosby when he sang "Don't Fence Me In." We will travel most anywhere to bring All Pro Entertainment to you.

The Music

Our song list is extensive and impressive. We spin everything from Top 40, Hip Hop, R&B to Rock'n'Roll, Jazz, Country, Classical and the Classics. If you have a specific song, available commercially in the U.S., we can get it with a 30-day notice. You can create your own play list, or we can customize one for you. We can even go freestyle and take requests on the fly. You say it... we play it.

All Pro Entertainment has what it takes for your event to go on without a hitch. We are fully insured and can provide you that information upon request. We always have back up equipment, just in case the unthinkable happens. Back-up power, sound and lights comes standard with every event. Heck, we can even send out two DJs.
